Labrador CMS and Nordström Design in collaboration

Labrador CMS is very competent cloud based Content Management System (CMS) for professional publishers.

After many years of experience, knowledge and handicraft from editorial work (newspapers and magazines) plus three large design works for titles using Labrador CMS: Khrono.no, Forskning.no and Universitetsavisa.no I'm now a close design partner with Labrador Publishinglab.

I do overall design/redesign, branding and most important of all, a design system that gives the editor a tool to use when choosing different editorial presentations to create a strong and beautiful display on the starting pages.

Some example of components that need to be designed:

  • Header, Footer (icons)

  • Typography (fonts)

  • Colors

  • Graphic element

  • Soc-media-icons

  • Menu

  • Editorial packages

  • Slidshowes

  • Articles

  • Editorial boxes like: "Facts, Read more, most read, Latest
